This is an image of yours truly, that I was experimenting with different blending modes, lighting, etc. I cut out the original background and made my own, with some awesome, multi-colored lighting. I haven't played with this image enough yet, so I'll keep posting the changes as I finish them.
This was a logo I designed for BudBetz.com, as part of a design "contest." Unfortunately, they decided to go with another designer. They wanted something to appeal to a "younger" crowd, and something that was modern, and stylish. So, I decided to go with a nice, modern looking font, a "hip" color scheme, and of course, a "Web 2.0" look.
This was a logo I designed for Jim Mosier, as part of another design "contest." Unfortunately, again, he decided to use another desiger. There were no real "guidelines" to this project, basically just a "let's see what you've got" kind of thing. I decided to use a bright color, with the all-to-popular "Web 2.0" look again.
